Some things to have in mind when planning your monument purchase.
- It is helpful to bring a written note with names and dates for the monument you are purchasing. Please double check that spelling and dates are correct.
- When purchasing a companion stone it is important to know which name goes on the left of the stone and which name goes on the right of the stone. This can be confusing because some cemeteries have stones placed at the foot of the grave and other cemeteries have stones placed at the head of the grave. When ordering a companion stone it can be helpful to visit the cemetery, stand as if reading the stone and make a note of how the names should be positioned.
- Color or black and white photographs can be added to a monument. These are available in a variety of sizes and shapes. If you would like to add a photograph to your monument please bring a high quality original with you.
